BOOKING

Once enquiry is made and availability is confirmed, an invoice for a non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your date in the diary.

Additionally, the cost of your trial is also on this invoice and trial date can be organised.

 

TRIALS

Trial dates must be arranged prior and take place on weekdays at my home in Halstead.

Trials usually take 2 hours but always allow extra time.

PAYMENTS

Payments are to be paid via BACS following an invoice sent to the email address you provide. 

Dates cannot be held without booking fee paid.

The balance for your booking is to be paid by BACS 4 weeks before your wedding date following an invoice.

 

TRAVEL

Mileage is charged at a rate of 50p per mile round trip from my address CO9 1YB Any additional parking, as well as congestion charges are also payable.

For weddings at a far distance, to ensure prompt attendance to your wedding morning, overnight accommodation fees will be payable, but will be discussed prior during your initial enquiry.

MINIMUM BOOKING

My minimum booking is the cost of Bride + 2 bridal party members. With my current pricing this is £280 plus travel costs.

If you are wanting to book BRIDE ONLY or anything less, then my minimum fee of £280 is still required plus travel fees. This minimum does not include price of trial.

LARGER BRIDAL PARTIES & TIME RESTRAINTS 

For large bridal parties and tough time restraints I may need to bring along an additional trusted makeup artist with a similar style to my own which will help the wedding run smoothly and not be rushed. I believe in quality over quantity. The additional artist will be discussed with you and will be an additional fee of £50.

CANCELLATIONS

In unfortunate circumstances sometimes you may need to cancel.

Booking fee and trial fees are non-refundable.  

If a wedding you have booked is cancelled within four weeks of your wedding date, the full balance is required. 

After the bridal trial is completed there is no obligation to proceed further. However let me know as soon as possible so the date can be available for another bride. If I have had no contact from you at all after the trial I will make every effort to check you still want to proceed before booking another bride.

Booking fee and trial costs will be retained.

In the unlikely event that I may need to cancel your booking, all attempts to find an alternative artist will be made, however if you would like to find an alternative yourself, your booking fee will be refunded but not the trial cost. 

All cancellations must be made in writing.
